We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Sales Support Team team for a temporary, project-based assignment lasting approximately three months.

 

What would I be doing?

  • Provide exceptional and professional customer service to PTx Dealers and Growers
  • Effectively manage large amount of incoming calls
  • Support dealers in a wide range of requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide assistance to Region Managers including sales support, product availability, dealer account information, and shipping information
  • Manage large order entry processes and warranty orders
  • Responsible for the onboarding process of new PTx Dealers
  • Manage large order entry processes and warranty orders
  • Coordinate order processing needs with all company departments
  • Prioritize & process backorders requests
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) within systems
    • Validate warranty claims, shortages, & overage requests
    • Issue replacement orders
    • Coordinate internal tracking & communication

Other Responsibilities:

  • Performs job related tasks in a safe manner
  • Support internal staff with clerical activities

 

 

 

What must I have?

  • High school education required.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • College business courses are valued but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly motivated
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Agriculture background is preferred but not required

 

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $20-$30/hr, based on experience.
