Join our 20|20 software team! In this role, you will be developing software for our next generation of on-equipment control and monitoring products. As an engineer, you will own feature development for several key customer-facing product features. 

 

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴? 

  • Writing C++ code for monitoring, controlling, and automating of agricultural equipment 

  • Developing new features and capabilities for our software & electronics product suite 

  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop new products and features 

  • Solving complex problems and helping to define new product features 

  • Climbing on agriculture equipment to test your code and experience our products first-hand 

 

We are looking for experienced developers that thrive in a fast paced, highly innovative development environment where new ideas are encouraged and embraced.  You will work on cutting edge projects - developing application, data-link, and control software on Linux-based embedded systems. We are aggressive and work hard, but you will have fun and be challenged technically. 

 

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR Bachelor’s degree/equivalent experience in Electrical or Software Engineering 

  • Software development experience in C++ and Linux 

  • Flexible team player 

 

Desired Skills/Experience: 

  • 3+ years of software development experience in C++ 

  • 3+ years of Linux experience 

  • 2+ years of object-oriented analysis and design 

  • Experience developing mobile application, platform, CAN/J1939 datalink communications software, TCP or UDP communications software 

  • Experience working with multi-threaded or near-realtime systems 

  • Experience leading development projects 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are highly desired 

 

​​Your Compensation 

​This position will be within the range of $54,797-$110,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on  8% of compensation.​
