AGCO is seeking a senior executive assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President, PTx and Senior Vice President, Digital Technology (DT). The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with a proven track record of managing complex priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless operations and execution of their responsibilities and the efficient management of the executive’s offices. This role requires someone who can think several steps ahead, handle sensitive information with discretion, and create order out of complexity.
Key responsibilities include:

Representing the President and SVP professionally across all levels of internal stakeholders and external partners.

Accountable for overseeing all administrative functions, establishing effective procedures, and maintaining a professional and organized environment for themselves and the teams they support. This can include managing complex travel schedules, calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, capturing and distributing meeting notes.

Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with an unwavering attention to detail.

Anticipate needs and proactively address scheduling conflicts, deadlines, and priorities before they arise.

Organizing and maintaining shared filing systems and documentation.

Coordinating cross-functional activities and supporting project-based initiatives and tools as needed.
This position requires discretion, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and stakeholder engagement.
Your Impact

Arrange meetings and keep schedules up-to-date with flawless, proactive calendar management for two executives, make changes when conflicts appear, and print necessary information in advance of meetings.

Organize complex domestic and international travel bookings including, but not limited to, airplane, train, rental cars, and hotel arrangements. Ensure that bookings are compliant with AGCO Travel Policy. Ensure bookings are accurate and updated itineraries are captured in Outlook calendars.

Manage the travel expenses of two Executives in the relevant systems. Ensure visa, passport, and appropriate travel documents are up-to-date and current for travel.

Meeting organization for functional staff, including reserving meeting rooms, hotels, transportation bookings, organization of meeting catering, etc. Send out invitations to meetings in time to all participants and update the meeting agenda.

Produce purchase orders and payment requests when required according to AGCO Policies and maintain a budget tracking summary.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of executive assistant experience – ideally supporting senior leaders (C-Suite or equivalent).

Experience working as an executive assistant within a multi-national organization. This ensures familiarity with global business environments and cross-cultural collaboration.

Strong administrative skills are essential, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document handling. Prior experience in administrative support roles is mandatory.

Fluency in business-level English is required for effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint—and collaboration platforms like MS Teams is expected. The role demands a confident user-level understanding to manage tasks efficiently.

Your Compensation
This position will be paid within the range of $54,797- $110,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a target bonus of 7% of base compensation.
Your Workplace
You will work with your AGCO colleagues in an on-site and hybrid work model from Tremont, IL or Duluth, GA.
