  • Dealer service excellence: annual review dealer result  compare with AGCO dealer standards appraisal, bench mark dealer performance against area competitors.
  • Area field technician team day to day management, project & task identification and implementation, recruitment, objective setting with quarterly reviews, to include annual performance appraisals.
  • Provide consultancy to  area AGCO dealers in all key service business area.
  • Pro-active input to the Distribution review committee process for area dealer annually review 
  • Area Warranty expenditure control, in line with guidelines control discretionary warranty expenditure (policy).
  • Resolve/Escalate problems which could include technical, financial, warranty, HR, legal and commercial.
  • Insure that all related campaign programs and urgent service bulletins are cascaded to dealer network. all campaign programs should be completed in a timely manner.
