This internship is with the PTx Trimble team and located in Westminster, CO Part-Time from January – June 2025. PTx Trimble empowers farmers with reliable, user-friendly precision ag technology that enhances productivity, profitability, and sustainability throughout the entire agricultural supply chain.
The Agriculture Technical Support Internship provides a basic level of assistance to business partners, resellers, end-users along with internal teams relating to product information and technical support. The experience provides an opportunity to interact with Precision Agriculture and GPS systems.
Your Impact
- Provide fast and efficient Tier 1 customer service to business partners, dealers and end users.
- Redirect incorrectly routed cases submitted in the region to Priority Support.
- Work closely with Priority Support for technical support and product issues.
- Provide input to team and manager on competitive products and activities.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Candidates currently pursuing their undergraduate, associates degree, or trade school certificate in engineering, agriculture, agriculture business, or a related field.
- Customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role.
- Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English, multilingual accepted.
- Ability to collaborate with team members both in person and virtually (email, phone, conference calls).
- Must be a team player and be able to leverage resources through sound organizational skills and teamwork.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Must demonstrate and project a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Experience working in the agriculture field or having an agriculture related background.
