As a member of the Farm ENGAGE Solution Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers, sales teams, and support staff are empowered to deliver and derive maximum value from our platform. You will act as the bridge between product development, sales enablement, and customer support — driving product adoption, ensuring training readiness, and capturing frontline feedback for continuous improvement
Your Impact

Collaborate with sales and technical training teams to create and maintain training materials, ensuring field teams understand the product’s value proposition, use cases, and integration capabilities.

Manage and update the in-app knowledge center to support user self-education, and design in-app notifications to guide users and promote new features.

Define and implement new sales models, support ongoing maintenance, and drive global adoption across all sales channels.

Track and analyze customer adoption KPIs, usage trends, and third-party integration performance to identify barriers, measure success, and inform product improvements.

Gather customer and field feedback to influence product development and strategy, while conducting market and competitive research to refine positioning and uncover new opportunities.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Over 2 years of product marketing experience, with a strong focus on cloud platforms, APIs, and connected device ecosystems.

Proficient in translating complex technical concepts into clear business value, backed by exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with product, marketing, sales, and support teams.

Domain expertise in agriculture and digital farming technologies, including strategic involvement in digital platform initiatives.

Detail-oriented self-starter, with a proven ability to manage and execute marketing strategies in tech-driven environments.
