Legal and project management support for all commercial and corporate transactions, including contract preparation and compliance, legal research, and document management. The role will also focus on developing efficient and effective work processes and procedures for contracting, risk management and other legal processes and will include working directly with various internal business stakeholders and external parties.
Your Impact and Responsibilities

Collaborate and communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders (including Finance, Procurement, Information Security, Data Privacy, IT business and Compliance teams) to achieve comprehensive risk assessment and contract review. Ensure the accuracy of agreements, addendums, and amendments.

Identify and effectively convey legal and commercial contractual risks and provide advice to internal business partners. Apply corporate policies to advise business stakeholders and to mitigate legal and contractual risks.

Assist in contract drafting as well as updating and maintaining contract templates and related processes and procedures. Develop and Maintain Contract Database and Contracts Team SharePoint site. Manage relationships and coordinate work product with outside service providers and outside legal counsel, as needed.

Assist the legal director with project management, research, fact gathering, drafting, proofreading, presentation preparation, and analysis. Draft, review, and revise various contracts and other legal materials, including non-disclosure and vendor agreements, while working under the supervision of an attorney;

Develop and update the Legal and Contracts SharePoint site, including managing the repository of contract templates and assisting in creating and updating new templates as needed. Maintain corporate records and approvals. Interact with outside counsel and third parties in connection with litigation including discovery issues, document recovery, and litigation status.

Draft, review, and revise legal presentations, training materials, and other legal documents. Respond to calls and email regarding a variety of legal questions and other matters; screen and prioritize emails and other correspondence to legal department from business stakeholder
Your Experience and Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a college degree and preferably a paralegal certificate, who excels in stakeholder engagement and project management, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership , with a strong desire to learn and confidently lead projects. Attention to detail and a readiness to embrace evolving technologies are essential. This role requires a proactive self-starter who performs well under pressure, especially as deadlines approach, while effectively managing workload fluctuations. Adaptability and intellectual curiosity are key traits, enabling success in a fast-paced, ever-changing business and tech environment.

5+ years of paralegal experience supporting corporate and commercial functions, some of which must have been in house.

Exceptional drafting, communication, proofreading and research skills.

An eye towards optimization, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Extremely organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments concurrently and operate in a fast-paced environment independently.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions.

Experience driving projects from conception to completion. High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite and ERP systems
Your Compensation
This position will be within the range of $72,000-$147,381 based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 10% compensation.
