We’re looking for an engineer specializing in welding process technology.

Your Impact

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training on welding process documentation to ensure standardized welding operations and employee competency compliance.
• Design, review, validate, and release drawings for welding tooling and fixtures to support production implementation and ongoing process optimization.
• Oversee welding process quality control and collaborate with the Quality function to analyze welding defects and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Provide technical analysis, process control, schedule monitoring, and cost support for the introduction of new products, new processes, and new equipment.
• Lead and support efficiency improvement and continuous improvement initiatives within the welding workshop, including standard labor hour management, line balancing, and workshop layout optimization.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in welding process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in design software such as CAD, Pro/E or Inventor, with proven experience in tooling and fixture design.
• Solid knowledge of welding process development, process documentation preparation, process quality control, and welding defect analysis and improvement.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good command of English, with the ability to conduct email communication and daily technical discussions in English.
