Coordinate the management of the Valtra business within the assigned region, working jointly with dealers to develop actions and business plans to commercialize the full Valtra product portfolio (tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and planters).

Your Impact

• Lead the execution of dealer retail processes within the assigned region to ensure delivery of the sales plan agreed upon between the factory and the dealer network;
• Analyze the market conditions in the region, segmenting by product, crop, competition, and customers;
• Define the regional commercial policy in line with the pre-approved discount framework;
• Manage product demonstrations in collaboration with the Tactical Marketing team;
• Participate in regional events and trade shows.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Agricultural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related field;
• Experience in the Commercial area;
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and products;
• Experience in supporting and managing dealer/distribution networks;
• Availability to travel;
• Based in the state of Mato Grosso.
