We’re looking for a Project Management Engineer for Yanzhou site.

Your Impact

1. Responsible for the overall promotion of new product development projects for components and complete machines at the Yanzhou plant, ensuring projects are delivered according to plan.
2. Receive and break down customer requirements, and drive their internal communication and implementation within the plant.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, process, quality, logistics, etc.) to conduct project reviews, track progress, and ensure issue closure.
4. Develop and track project plans and key milestones, identify risks, and drive the implementation of mitigation actions to ensure smooth project launch.
5. Organize regular project meetings and cross-functional communication, monitor quality, delivery, cost, and schedule performance, and promote continuous improvement and data-driven project management.

Your Experience and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Experience in new product development, manufacturing operations, or project management, with a good understanding of production, process engineering, quality, and logistics functions.
3. Strong project coordination, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure project execution.
4. Strong sense of ownership and accountability; proficient in Chinese and English, with fluent spoken English preferred.
