The position of Manager, HRBP has the role of partnering with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the company's strategic growth.

Your Impact 

•  Influence and build relationships with people around the business.

• Acts as strategic change management facilitator.

• Talent Acquisition: Analysis hiring needs, develop hiring channels, ensure openings be filled with best quality, efficiency and cost

• Organization development: Partner with business leaders to develop organization structure to fit business strategy

• Talent Management: Deliver training & development programs, conduct talents review and succession planning, identify key talents

• Employee Engagement: address activities to improve employee engagement/ recognition

• Manage Performance: Facilitate the engagement of managers in the annual performance management process

• Employee reward and discipline: Facilitate the employee reward process, deal with employee issues

• Comply with company EHS rules and regulations

• Employee Cost Management and Budget Managet

Your Experience and Qualifications

•  Complete undergraduate degree required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or advanced degree in a behavioral field) preferred.

•  Several years of experience as an HR generalist and with HR Business. 

•  English fluency is mandatory. 

•  Desirable experience with Finance.
