Commercial Support Specialist (f/m/d)

As Commercial Support Specialist (m/w/d) - Parts you design supportive and smooth processes for the sale and handling of services for our machines. You will maintain the systems and clarify queries with representatives of the group brands as well as with sales and dealers throughout Europe.  

Your Impact

• You maintain prices and product-related data in SAP
• You support system and process for bonus programs for dealers, including KPI determination and query handling
• You assist in commercial processing of contract changes and resolving issues in automated processes
• You act as a contact person for market queries and create regular reports
• You support the expansion of Aftersales commercials Excellence program in EMEA
• You participate in optimizing ordering and invoicing processes and market release of Aftersales Digital Products

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Completed training with first relevant professional experience in Aftersales / Commercial Service
• Confident working with common MS Office programs, experience with SAP is an advantage
• Written and spoken English language skills
