The position is for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction among AGCO product owners by supporting Dealers and Distributors with technical issues and in service development. Support of Sales department/brands from technical point of view to gain new customers and increasing market share. 

 

The role will be supporting across all AGCO Brands, products and platforms. Daily technical support to the dealers and distributors office based (THD) or on site, including FUSE technology/Digital products and utilizing AGCO systems and processes such as Tech Connect, Salesforce, One Number etc.

Your Impact: 

  •  Customer & Dealer Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance customer, dealer, and distributor satisfaction by resolving technical issues and delivering superior support for AGCO core and branded products. 

  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Provide daily technical assistance (office-based and on-site) using AGCO systems like Tech Connect, Salesforce, and One Number; escalate and resolve field issues, customer complaints, and product performance concerns. 

  • Warranty & Policy Management: Handle warranty policies per AGCO procedures, investigate complex cases, and ensure dealers/distributors are informed and compliant with PSPs. 

  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Promote and support technical training for dealers and distributors, contribute to planning schedules, and deliver training sessions to strengthen technical capabilities. 

  • Communication & Representation: Act as a liaison between dealers, distributors, and factory support; participate in meetings, workshops, and marketing events to communicate technical information effectively. 

 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Communication & Presentation: Strong written and verbal skills in English and Danish, with confident presentation abilities to influence and engage stakeholders. 

  • Collaboration & Responsiveness: Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to responding promptly to emails, calls, and cases via Tech Connect/Salesforce. 

  • Customer & Dealer Focus: Ensure dealer and distributor satisfaction through timely policy handling, mandatory PSP completion, and effective training coverage. 

  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of agricultural/farm machinery markets, ability to provide key failure information in recognized formats, and first-level technical support. 

  • Digital & PC Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) and adept at using digital platforms for case management and communication.

  • Bonus: You are eligible for the AGCO Incentive Compensation Plan, offering up to _% of your annual base salary, pro-rated from your start date and based on performance and continued employment at the time of payout.
