We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager – Valtra Tractors who shares our passion for agriculture, collaboration and results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, turning insight into action, and supporting dealer success in a fast-moving, customer-driven environment.

Your Impact at AGCO

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping our dealer network succeed. You’ll act as the interface between AGCO and our dealers, ensuring they have the right tools, product knowledge and market insight to meet—and exceed—sales and margin objectives.

Living AGCO’s Farmer First belief, your work will directly support the success of farmers by strengthening dealer capability, product understanding and go-to-market execution.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

· Put Farmers First by supporting dealers with practical, market-driven product and sales solutions

· Partner with dealers to monitor performance and develop action plans that drive sustainable sales and margin growth

· Develop and deliver marketing initiatives aligned to Valtra’s business plan and AGCO’s strategic priorities

· Track sales performance against plan and implement targeted programs to close gaps and seize opportunities

· Work closely with dealers—and occasionally end users—to maximise retail sales outcomes

· Speak Up by sharing timely and accurate market and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making

· Collaborate with Marketing Communications and dealers to deliver effective advertising and sales promotion activities

· Deliver in-house and dealer-based product and sales training to build confidence and capability

· Maintain product specifications, pricing and options through CPQ SAP and other relevant systems

· Team Up across functions to ensure aligned execution and strong commercial outcomes

Your success will be reflected in:

· Achievement or over-delivery of budgeted sales volumes

· Growth and protection of dealer market share

· Strong retail sales performance supported by effective product positioning and training

· High-quality competitive intelligence that supports smarter marketing and sales decisions

· Well-executed demonstration and training programs that convert interest into sales

What You’ll Bring

To be successful at AGCO, you’ll bring:

· A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience

· Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across dealers and internal stakeholders

· Commercial and analytical capability to turn data into actionable insights

· A collaborative mindset aligned to AGCO’s Team Spirit and Transparency values

· Sound judgement and accountability in decision-making

· A willingness to travel (approximately 26–50%) to stay close to dealers and the market

· Experience with Salesforce, SAP/CPQ, and Microsoft Office tools
